Controlling the Logger > Filing Data to an Existing Datafile

1.	Download data from the device.

2.	Click on File Data.

•A Save dialog box will appear.

3.Select an existing datafile.

4.	Click on Save.

5.	The Filing Action dialog box appears. Select one of the following options:

•Append to File (default).

Adds the downloaded data to the existing data, creating a larger datafile.

If a data overlap exists, only data from the date when the existing data ends will be appended.

•Overwrite File

Creates a new file containing only the new data.

6.Click on Save.

Any alarms set in the Logger will NOT stored in the file. If you wish to change these values then edit them from the Graphing dialog.
