Setting the Alarm parameters is part of the main Logger setup procedure.
To activate an alarm:
| 1. | Click on Setup DataLogger. |
| 2. | Type in the desired Alarm parameters for each channel. |
Leaving an alarm parameter blank will mean the alarm is deactivated; there is a button which will allow you to clear all alarms in one step
| 3. | Select if the display should flash if a channel is in alarm. |
•An Alarm Icon and the Channel number will appear on the screen anyway.
| 4. | Select if the alarm should persist, ie remain active even if the channel values return to acceptable levels. |
•This will be cleared the next time the device is programmed
| 5. | Program the Logger |
NOTE: THIS WILL CLEAR THE LOGGER MEMORY
